Kennewick School District Hosts Community Safety Summit

Kennewick School District will host a Safety Summit on Tuesday, October 7, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Kamiakin High School Library. The event will bring together families, district staff, local law enforcement, and community partners for an open, moderated discussion on school safety.

The summit, themed “Safe Schools, Strong Community,” is designed to foster meaningful conversations about how schools and the community can work together to keep students safe. Participants will hear from district leaders and safety partners on key safety topics, and community members will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance to help shape the discussion.
