Dorian Graduation Picture Information:
All students will get their picture taken at graduation. If you would like to purchase the graduation picture online, please follow the directions on this link.
Graduation Events and Timeline:
Graduation ceremonies will look a little different this year due to local and state health and safety guidelines, including wearing masks and social distancing. With your cooperation, we look forward to providing a safe and positive graduation experience for everyone.
Participating seniors will have access to four tickets for guests. All ceremonies will be live streamed/recorded and posted to ksd.org.
Kamiakin graduation will be held outdoor at Lampson Stadium on Saturday, June 12th @12:30 pm.
May 13 Seniors begin clearing fines (Contact Tina Moran, ASB Secretary) and complete all school discipline (Contact security about discipline information).
June 3 Senior Honors & Awards Recognition Ceremony, 7 pm Kamiakin Athletic Complex
June 9 Baccalaureate at CrossView Church, 7:00 pm
June 9 Senior Finals, periods 1, 2, and 3.
June 10 Senior Finals, periods 4, 5, 6
June 11 Commencement practice at Kamiakin from 7:00 until 9:30 AM. Attendance is mandatory. THIS IS THE ONLY PRACTICE. NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED ON THE TURF DURING COMMMENCEMENT PRACTICE. Masks must be worn at all school events & activities.
June 11 Senior Brunch, Details TBD
June 12 Commencement at Lampson, 12:30 PM. Graduates must arrive by 11:00 AM and gather at the Kennewick High Track. Bring gowns on hangers; don't forget hats, tassels, and medallions. Caps and gowns may not be decorated. We expect that seniors dress and act in a manner commensurate with the importance and dignity of our ceremony. Leave valuables, purses, cameras, phones, etc. with your parents for safekeeping.
June 21 The first day that diplomas will be available to be picked up in the Counseling Office 7:30am – 3:00pm. They will continue to be available all summer in the office.

Senior Awards Ceremony
This is an annual recognition for Seniors who have received scholarships or other honors/awards. In order to celebrate the accomplishments of the Class of 2021, we will be hosting an evening celebration-

New this year is a designation for those that have completed 12 or more hours of community service. Please make sure to communicate all honors and awards so your Senior can be celebrated!
